What we collect
This website has no accounts, no forms, and takes no payments. When you choose to call, text, or email us, you share your contact information with us directly — on your initiative, through your own phone or email. Beyond that, we collect only standard website analytics, described below.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are read, which buttons are tapped (including our Call, Text, and Email buttons and the Interactive Assessment), and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, and pages visited. We do not see your name, phone number, or email address through analytics. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use information
We use analytics to improve this website. We use the contact information you choose to give us to respond to you, evaluate coverage options, and — if you become a client — to work with insurance carriers on your behalf. That is the entire list.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
- We do not share your information with anyone except the insurance carriers and service providers needed to serve you, or where the law requires it.
- We do not send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Your choices & rights
California residents may have rights under California privacy law to know, correct, or delete personal information a business holds about them. We honor such requests regardless of where you live: contact us and we will tell you what we have (usually: whatever you sent us), correct it, or delete it, except where insurance regulations require us to keep records.
